WHY SHOULD WE MEDITATE?
MEDITATION IS A THING THAT SHOUD BE PRACTISED AND IT ALSO CLEARS THE FOG IN OUR MIND. WE SHOULD MEDITATE FOR ABOUT 5 TO 10 MINUTES AS A BEGINNER.
AS PER MY EXPERIENCE, WHEN I WAS A BEGINNER IN DOING MEDITATION. I FACED A LOT OF FOCUS AND CONCENTRATING PROBLEMS. GENERALLY MOSTLY BEGINNERS HAVE THIS KIND OF PROBLEM. I ALSO SEARCHED ABOUT THIS TOPIC ON THE INTERNET, BUT I DIDNT GET THE DEMANDED RESULT. THEN I GOT TO KNOW ABOUT HOW I WOULD BE FOCUSING ON IT. I WATCHED MANY VIDEOS RELATED TO THIS.
AFTER THAT, I PRACTISED MEDITATION CONSISTENTLY FOR ABOUT 2 YEARS AND NOW I AM A EXPERIENCED PERSON WHO LOVES AND PRACTISES MEDITATION.
